Overclocking R7 M445 on a dell laptop!

My friend wants to start mining eth on his gaming laptop. He had an Radeon R7 M445 and without oc he gets 2MH/s which is pretty disappointing. Can I somehow overclock the card's Mem clock? Thanks!
