[Task] Complex Program Needed. (Details Inside)

Hello, basically I am in dire need of a program that can record data into a spreadsheet.

• Shatters
• Potion of Defense
• Potion of Attack
• Potion of Mana
• Potion of Life
• Bracer
• Twilight Gemstone
• Forgotten Crown
• Abyss of Demons
• Potion of Vitality
• Potion of Defense -Demon Blade
• Treasure
• Snake Pit
• Potion of Speed
• Bulwark
• Sprite World
• Potion of Dexterity
• Staff of Extreme Prejudice
• Cloak of the Planewalker
• Undead Lair
• Potion of Wisdom
• Doom Bow

I want the program to have the 5 categories, then when you click one of the five categories, have the next set of bullet points. So if I click "shatters" I want the program to record values in the "shatters" spreadsheet, and then the next button clicked would record it. Something that looks like this.
