I can't figure it out..........

I'm getting this message with some(but not all)of my games. It tells me to connect to WiFi but, I don't have WiFi. I have unlimited data though. I really think I remember the Oculus store updating once before on my phone. I think. My memory can be a little hit or miss. Surely this update can be done over a mobile signal, right?
