Questions after labrum surgery

I recently had surgery to repair a torn labrum a week ago. I'm 18. The tear was in the front of my shoulder and they said they didn't do anything to the back of my shoulder but right in my socket towards the back of my shoulder it feels like it's hanging on by a thread. I can't twist or move my arm in any way without it feeling like it's gonna tear. For physical therapy they want me to do arm pendulum but when I hang my arm it feels like it's gonna dislocate in that spot. I don't have any trouble with the part they repaired and he said my shoulder looked perfect everywhere else. This was not like this before surgery. What's going on??? I'm extremely stressed out.
