Pandaren Shaman and the Elements

Currently I am in the works of writing my Pandarens storyline of leaving the island continent and heading to the Broken Shore to aid against the Legion. Elemental spirits in Pandaria seem to behave staggeringly different to those found elsewhere in Azeroth. They seem more extroverted, playful, and trusting to the point of even working alongside non-shamans(such as in the Wandering Isles storyline).

Outside of Azeroth the elements seem more introverted, wary, and with a lot more grit or maturity about them.

How might the outside elements view a Pandaren Shaman? Someone used to playing games and befriending playful spirits rather than serving these harder elements? What challenges could my pandaren face? Would communication still work the same?

Just looking for general thoughts on where I can take this story or your own opinions on the elements and how different they can be! Thanks for reading!
