Handyman Renders?

Does anyone know how to make renders of enemies? I'm specifically looking for a high-resolution handyman with no background, preferably in some kind of action shot/pose. I can find high-resolution images, but the backgrounds aren't easy to remove (being detailed and having lots of colors).

Any suggestions?
