Warm/Hot hands for several months

Hello reddit,

For over a year I've been having undiagnosed medical issues. But about 8-10 months ago I started to randomly get warm and sometimes hot hands. The rest of my body stays at a normal temp.

Prior to this my hands tended to be more on the cold side. I've brought the issue with my doctors, but along with the undiagnosed issues they tend to say nothing seems wrong.

I have however been found to sometimes have a bit high blood pressure, and my IGE levels were through the roof several times. Any ideas of what I can do? As it tends to be embarrassing to shake or hold someone's hand.
