Conspiracy Theory #2. Hostage Taker is the key for WotC finding who leaked Ixalan. This Post Contains Ixalan SPOILERS Beware.

So everyone that could get a good look at the Ixalan rare sheet noticed Hostage Taker having an unusual Oblivion Ring type ability that can create an infinite loop by itself. The speculation is this is a typo that will get fixed before the set is fully printed.

I'm speculating the error was intentional and only on this specific rare sheet sent out, this way WotC could monitor social media site and see if it does get spoiled and they have a way of identitifying who is the culprit. As an example think of when Tyrion Lannister told he his three aides in Game of Thrones of his plan to marry off his niece, but he told a different story to each aide to see which one would tell his sister of the plan.

TL:DR WotC will be able to identify who is responsible and that person is going to get fucked harder than a communal flesh light on an aircraft carrier.
