Crash on victory screen

This is an issue that has been plaguing me since day 1 of this game's full release, and I never see anyone else complaining about it. From time to time, probably once a week or so, I'll be playing a dominion match, and it will crash at the end of the game, just before the victory screen is displayed. A complete freeze, not even alt+f4 works. This means that my order progress doesn't get saved, and I don't get any rewards. Now, this wouldn't be such a big deal if it only happened once, but when it happens once it means that it is guaranteed to happen at the end of every match for DAYS. The only way I've been able to deal with it is to just stop playing and come back for one match a day until the day that it doesn't freeze. Am I really the only one that this happens to? I recall seeing it mentioned once or twice a while ago but no one ever mentioned that it happened every single game for a couple days, so is it just worse for me? Additionally, it only used to happen on victory screens, but for the past week or two it has also been happening on defeats.
