[Lore] [Challenge] Explain cycling using Canon

For as many Genesis and Spin Cycle cards as possible, try to think of a coherent reason why they would no longer be seen in the Netrunner universe. Ideal explanations would use other cards in the card pool (especially pictures and flavor text!), other canon like the inserts in the deluxe sets, or an explanation based on the motivations of people or corps as we know them.

One of the most obvious examples is Whizzard, who was also seen on the BOOM! card. Whizzard will no longer be running because he is dead :( ...or perhaps he's in hiding...

What else can we think of? Did Andy retire, saying "Au Revoir" for good? Did Jackson Howard get fired when Victoria Jenkins found out that NBN was hacked by Dinosaurus? I know how cycling will work...but I want to hear the stories!
