Changes have been made to the Horizon map on the PTR. Lots of health kits have been moved, removed, or converted to smaller kits.

I have played this map a lot. And aside from Reaper, Roadhog, and McCree, I've noticed that Sombra is played frequently on this map. Maybe they wanted to give her less packs to hack?
