If a rooftop swimming pool fell 3 stories to the ground, what would happen to its occupants? Splat or no splat?

I was thinking about this yesterday but ole reliable couldn't visualize the result. Any thoughts? Pick your own dimensions and variables, I'm mostly curious about how a falling body of water affects something floating in it upon impact.
