Not sure about upgrading vs prebuilt

Build Help

As the title says, I've been parsing and pricing what parts I'd like to upgrade, and after spending some quality time on PC part picker and toms hardware I've weirdly found that the parts I want otherwise cost within $100-$200 of some prebuilts with very similar if not the same stats.

Keeping in mind that it's been about 4 years since I've done a major upgrade like this, it's pretty much a complete gutting while still using the SSD's I recently bought and my "nice" case.

So that said I'm just not sure what the verdict would be here as far as prebuilt are concerned.

Another factor is that I work at bestbuy so if I got a prebuilt from them I'd also get protection at some amount off, so it wouldn't be all on my shoulders compared to doing a part for part upgrade.

An example of one such computer down to the liquid cooling, I know the motherboards not much to look at but still.

And an example of a rough list of what I'd ideally want to get part-wise.
