Help with Shoes for crossdressing?

Good afternoon. I was wondering if anyone was good with shoe conversion? I am male by birth and I have size 11 for men. I'm trying to order shoes (black flats for a cosplay) online (because I can't find any in stores) and it says 11 B (M) or 13 C/D and I don't know how to convert it from my shoe size to that.
