SideSync style mirroring to PC

I want to use my PC keyboard and mouse to control my phone, specifically for internet browsing. SideSync does this for free but is only for Samsung.

Do any other manufacturers provide an equivalent feature? Do any apps achieve the same thing inexpensively?

It would be especially good if it could be done by bluetooth instead of plugging in USB because I may wear out the plug (wifi is not an option in my case).
