What's coin's supply and how much I get from ICO?

I understand I get 6000 tessies per bitcoin at the ICO. But this does not mean much unless I know the supply policies.

Moreover, I hear Tim Draper will invest 30,000 btc. True? Will he get 6000 tessies per bitcoin too?
