Hi r/tipofmytongue! My dad is trying to find a book he read when he was 10-13 (born in 1958). He grew up in Atlanta, Georgia if it helps. This is the text he sent me:

I am trying to find a book from the late 60's or early 70's. It is about a family that lives in a house that is suddenly under the takeoff and landing pattern for an airport. The family buys or builds a blimp to fly high over their house to disrupt the air traffic pattern. Can you help me find the title?
