Eu4 vs CK2?

Hey CK2! Serious question. I have over 1800 hours in EU4 and around 60 in CK2.

Not trying to sound rude, but what is the actual goal for CK2? I always try to grow and expand but I feel the growth is just too slow compared to that of EU4. Generally I try to grow my economy while trying to manage my vassals.

Some have said its more of a role playing game, but what does that mean to you? Why do you prefer CK2 over EU4.

(I own all the DLCs up to Charlamagne)
