Got new GPU did I fry my PC

I got a new 1080ti evga FTW3 however, after fiddling to install it the pic won't post or boot with blank screen,

Now the keyboard USB lights stay on all the time

I tried reseating everything and I tried using old GPU and integrated graphics to no success, the PC won't post or turn on anymore!!!

What do I need to do to troubleshoot and fix this?

My motherboard is Asus strix 270e I7-7700k
