I'm a green bean and I have questions

Hi all,

I just got hired! I'm going to be working at a store that is currently being built, so I'm most likely going to be working with a lot of new baristas as well.

I start training at an existing store on Monday, and I just wanted to know what I should expect?

Is there anything I need to bring, and how should I dress?

Is it normally a one-on-one thing? There's going to be a lot of new baristas and I didn't know if all of the new people would come in at the same time.

Final question, what's all the talk about these pay cards? I don't have a bank account nor can I easily get one (I'm 16 and my parents tell me I should just get a paper paycheck and they'll cash it for me. Big sigh), so I can't do direct deposit. Do they give you something similar to a debit card? That's what I've heard/read.

Sorry for all the Green Bean questions, I'm sure you've heard them a million times but I just can't seem to find a solid answer.
