Looking for mods to remove some class and romance restrictions

I am wanting to start up an evil playthrough of the entire EE series, since I have only done a good playthrough. I really like the idea of being an evil Archer, but 2nd edition's restrictions on alignment make that tricky. I can change my alignment via EEKeeper, but that does not stop me from becoming "Fallen" and losing all my class abilities if my rep drops too low.

However, the script has the unfortunate side effect of resetting your rep back to 10 every time you use it. So using this still does not allow me to suffer the usual repercussions of being evil (hunted by the Fist, etc) while also retaining my class abilities.

The second restriction is for romances. I've never done Viconia's romance, and an evil playthrough is the perfect opportunity for it. But, she does not like elves. Unfortunately, elves are easily the strongest archers, so I would be gimping myself just for the sake of the romance if I was to pick Half-elf or something else instead.

Are there any EE compatible mods that can remove either or both of these restrictions? If nothing else, I could always do a half-elf Fighter/Mage that uses bows (even though I know F/M shines in melee), but it wouldn't really have the same effect as a pure archer.
