My Sia stuck in Poloniex limbo

A while back I transferred SC from Polo to shapeshift.io for conversion but the transaction never went through as at that time there were problems with SC wallets. After I reached shapeshift's support they promised to deposit my coins to an address of my choice or refund it to my Polo account. Since I did not have an SC wallet I told them to hold onto the coins 'till Polo resolved issues with SC wallet. Last week, when Polo enabled Sia deposits I prompted Shapeshift to refund my coins, which they did and even provided me a link to the hash. However, since then I have not yet received my coins even after contacting Polo support. ~they said that I would get my sia once they resolved issues with their system.

Will I eventually get my coins or what do I need to do?
