Got a new bonded tooth. Wondering how it will affect invisalign retainers.

Picture above. The arrow is pointing to the new one. My old bonded tooth fell off, so I got it replaced. Since getting it replaced, I got a new top plastic retainer. But I was wondering. Is it going to be a problem that its a little longer than the other one? I didn't think of it til after I got the retainer. But now my bite might be more to that side. I'm asking both for retainers off and retainers on. My bite seems a little weird now, but that's also since the new retainer is meant to move my teeth slightly, so that might be why.
I know that this is how long teeth are theoretically normally supposed to be. But my other ones are worn down a bit since before I had braces they were aligned badly. So its a little longer. Is there any reason for me to ask for it to go back and get its length shortened? The annoying thing is that if I did, I'd have to pay for another top retainer again. I can't tell if my bite is really weird due to it or its just since its new. Should I let it grind down naturally, and just wait til it changes enough that new retainers matter to care, rather than do it artificially?
Also, another issue is that this retainer feels a little tight. I don't know if that's just since its new. The plastic does seem closer to the gums than my old one or the bottom one. But it doesn't make it bleed or anything.
