New 18560 charger recommendations?

Haven't bought a new charger in a long time, looking to get a new one now.

From what I've seen in past posts, either the Opus BT-C3100 V2.2, Efest LUC6/BLU6, or XTAR VC4 seem to be pretty popular.

Anyone suggest one of these over the other? Or maybe there is one out that I have missed. Just looking for a nice charger in this price range that can charge 4+ batteries.
