Best gpu for an old i5 4150?

Hi all, wanted to upgrade a friend of mine's pc, and he has this scrappy cpu. I was thinking about an rx 460/70, or maybe 1050ti or 1050,which would be best, considering the performance/price? And will there be bottleneck? thanks
