Shadowplay can't record now?

Year ago i used it alot. Recording Elite, Witcher, Warframe etc... For a while i didn't play games at all. Now i have time for my Steam library but i found that now i can't record games at all. Old app was fast, with good quality and utility. Now it looks like joke. Does this thing works with games now? Or maybe i missed something? I don't have indicators, i simply can't start recording. Hotkeys doing nothing, overlay - no use, my clicks on "start" doing literally nothing. My "share" option is ON, my pc config is enough, all deivers and versions up to date, what's wrong? Google says nothing, i searched for hours... I don't understand why Nvidia did this? Why ruin great soft and give us that ugly abomination?
