Surface Pro 3 upgrade to Windows 10 16193 and S7 Edge no longer connects?

I had stable build of Windows able to transfer files through USB but after upgrading to the latest Preview build my S7 Edge no longer connects. Connects fine on my friends laptop.

EDIT: reboot fixed
