Was anyone else able to purchase a ticket via the Burner Express Ticket program on Wednesday?

We were told to buy the ticket to the bus, and that within 48 hours we would get an email with instructions inviting us to purchase the event ticket. It has been 48 full hours and still no sign of that email. I'm starting to get nervous...
