[USA-VA][H] Paypal [W] 1150 socket CPU, GPU

Looking for an upgrade over my i5-4690 locked. Must be a 1150 socket CPU and my budget is $200. Also looking for any GPU better then my 7950 OC with a budget of $200. Depending on the item, I can be flexible with my budget.
