Won't stop getting Network Lag

I can't even play the game anymore. Every time I try to spawn in and play I get killed because I'm completely frozen.

It's just says "Network Lag Detected", then I freeze, then desync my way past where I was trying to go.

My PC can run the game fine, but the Network Lag is leaving the game unplayable.
