Rubella/German Measles in early pregnancy

I'm about 5 weeks pregnant and I'm almost certain that I've got Rubella. I read that if you get it in the first ten weeks that theres a 90% change of brain damage or miscarriage.

Would a termination be recommended?

Will this have any impact on future pregnancies or my ability to become pregnant in the future?
