One year old protests car seat. Any tips?

It is a sweaty and frustrating job getting my one year old into her car seat. We had a similar problem with her older brother when he was about 1.5 years old so we switched him to front-facing early and he never complained again. I've since read and seen why you should stay rear-facing as long as possible so I'm not ok to switch her any time soon. Any tips to help get her in? I know it sounds pathetic because she's just a little baby and I'm the parent but it's freakin hard!
