How does transcript verification work? queue line?

So I submitted my primary last week 6/10. However, I goofed up and requested my transcript from a junior college class on 6/8. I know it will take like 2-3 weeks for the paper transcript to be mailed in.

Hypothetically let's say AMCAS receives my transcript on 6/25. Will I still be in queue for my 6/10 submission date or am I put in queue for verification on the 6/25 date because that is when my transcript is officially in?

tl;dr: Is the verification queue line started on the DAY of primary submission, or the DAY that transcript is received by AMCAS
