New Trump Cuba Policy Question

So with the release of OFAC's FAQ regarding the new policy, I understand that if I've already got plans (which is within the next two weeks), I'm good to go. However, I read that Trump's policy includes looking at itineraries more closely and the itineraries actually getting audited.

So my question is, if I'm travelling within the next two weeks, should I still be concerned with creating a very detailed itinerary that includes every transaction I make on my individual people-to-people trip? Like, would the administration bother looking at past travels to Cuba before the policy was fully implemented?
