Small business owner looking to sublet space in existing retail store

I own a small business that focuses on the resale of baby products and toys for small children. My business is currently 100% ecommerce and I'd like to test out brick and mortar. I'd like to work with a retail store with foot traffic whose products would complement eco-baby products.
