Has anyone tried BetterHelp online counseling?

I have never tried online counseling and haven't been able to find a whole lot of feedback on if it's worth it, if it's a scam,etc. I found BetterHelp.com and I got up to the point where they are asking my credit card information. Before I take that plunge, has anyone used it or have any other recommendations for free or very affordable services?
