Having an Issue Calling From Weather API

Hi guys, I've been working my way through FreeCodeCamp and I'm currently building the weather display. I've already completed the wikipedia search project, so while I obviously have tons to learn, I thought I had a decent grasp as to what I needed to do.

In the current build I am able to find the users IP, and pass the long and latitude to my Weather API call. I know it correctly returns the JSON I need because when I access the url in my browser I can see it. I know the url structure I am feeding the API call is correct because I get the JSON I need in my browser when I log the url.

It is just not running the success function upon accessing the URL. What have I done incorrectly?

What am I doing incorrectly to be unable to push the values I need to the html?
