[Ask] Care Packages: Rarity and Amounts

I have noticed there are different types of care packages (Gift from dad, Gift from the Harbormaster) and hey contain different amounts of stuff. Does anyone know the rarity percentages, and what range of stuff you typically get out of them? For example Care Package from Dad has a 50% chance of showing up and contains gold 10-15,000, sugar 3-4000, and Pearls 1-10. (numbers made up)
