Help! I am trying to remember a band name

This band has a funky retro vibe. One of of their videos is just the lead singer dancing in a grassy area like a football field, and it's like Napoleon Dynamite a bit. I think he has a record placed next to him on the ground.

I really want to find this band, any help is appreciated.
