How do you specifically change payout settings for ether mining?

Hi. Completely new at this.

I'm currently syncing the Ethereum wallet and have decided to use Nanopool as mining pool (using genoil as ethminer).

Nanopool states that default minimum payout is 0.2 ETH, but since I'm only trying it out right now I'd like to set a lower payout.

Also I don't have to install ethminer right just have to run the bat file with the appropriate settings, correct?
