Dr. Kavan - Second wind

Will anyone even consider upgrading this?

It sounds kinda enticing when max level second wind can revive 16 space, which is equivalent to 2 tanks.

On the other hand, if you're using rzm / hooka, reviving (very likely) 16 rifelman/ 4 heavies seems kinda pointless for 124 tokens.

What does everyone else think?

Not bad for tmeds but kinda useless on other combos
