Deploy 20 MSI's to collection in sequence

Hey all, we're moving away from Altiris and to SCCM. One of the thing we were doing was deploying a collection of ~20 MSI files (in-house software) that have to be installed in sequence to a set of workstations. I'm playing around with SCCM right now and have turned each .MSI into an Application in SCCM. Is there a way for me to bundle those into 1 package and deploy that or how should I go at this?

Edit: I think I can just upload all MSI's into 1 application instead of 20 separate applications. Is that the way to go? I also need to make sure a particular process is not currently active on the workstation and if it is, terminate it. Do Applications support adding a single line CMD command before executing or something similar?
