Calendar visibility across devices?

I have a slightly weird setup right now where my Exchange calendar is on my iPhone 6s (as a mail and calendar account on the phone) but not on my Mac.

On my phone I have Things 3 show me my calendar as part of my Today and upcoming events. If I purchase Things 3 for my Mac will it sync the view across iPhone and Mac or does it only generate that view from local data on the individual device?
