Not sad, just crying?

Anyone else see this one much? I will be doing mostly well, but my emotional control is just shot and I'm crying.

I always feel somewhat tired (but not exhausted) and mildly overwhelmed (but not badly overwhelmed) when it hits. My mood is fine - on a scale of 1 to 10 where 1 is horrible and 10 is ecstatic, I'd be a 5 or 6. I feel optimistic about the future, overall, though there's usually something immediate I'm frustrated with or stressed over - but it's too minor to warrant that reaction, and the actual emotions I feel just aren't strong enough that they should make me cry.

Usually happens right before my period, right after taking Vitamin D supplements, or during a flare. Normally it takes more than one of those elements, but I'm getting it right now when I just have a (minor) flare - no supplements, just got over my period. I didn't eat breakfast and had a small lunch today - thinking blood sugar might be the trigger this time.

It's impacting my ability to work in my (open floor plan) office. I could work through it, but I know crying in the office will be distracting for my coworkers, who will (of course) assume something is wrong. I'm feeling better now, but still kind of all over the place. This comes up fairly often, though, especially in the winter (this one is extra weird because it is happening in June).

Anyone else? Tips & tricks?
