[Tropics?] Crazy Plant
Image: http://imgur.com/a/XAwlz The previous tenant of a friend got the plant out of the relief of the tropical institute of Weihenstephan University, Germany. It gets lots of branches, the big one you see here is about 2 years old. When you cut a piece off the plant and put it into water, it gets new roots. Also, the trunk gets roots on the subdivisions after the leafes have fallen off. The plant sucks the leafes empty and throws them off when you don't water it and can survive really dry phases easily. Much water is also not a problem for the plant. You can do fun stuff with the plant like this: http://imgur.com/a/EoVE7 (freshly planted). A month later, it rooted in the soil and also grew new leafes: http://imgur.com/a/XAwlz It never flourished here (maybe because it is to cold in Germany). Does anybody know what plant this is?
