Popular Q-Link Instances?

I know that versions of Q-Link's server code — recovered or reverse engineered, I'm not sure which — have appeared here and there. Since that time, private Q-Link instances have come and gone. There used to be an instance of Q-Link hosted from Glenn Holmer's site. [dead link] I thought it was popular, but now it is gone.

Are there any reasonably popular Q-Link instances out there still up and running?
