Procedure for reporting a Discord Partner

Recently I've come across a rather large server, a server which has a certified Discord Partner that I've witnessed breaking many rules in Discord's ToS, from harassment to racism and homophobia, to even planning raids. All dealt towards the server memebers by both the server owner and their mods.

What would be the procedure to get discord to look into this or put a stop to it? Mailing discord support or another method? I'm just sickened by this behavior and that an official Discord Partner treats their server memebers like this and so flagrantly has no regard for the rules that discord has set in place.
