New Trend, join a server only to leave it. Getting sick of it!

So I am part of the Administration team of a small discord server. We have listed our server on multiple sites like discordlist and discordservers. we have in the description told exactly what we stand for and that we are few in numbers. any how people still join only to leave 3 seconds after. Is this some kind of new trend or what the fuck is going on?
