[TOMT][TV] Old animated kids show about racers and evil racers

I don't have much to go on so sorry for the sparse details from my memory, it is a show where these racers go through tracks and have power cards that modify their car mid race. They are racing against each other I think but when they are on the track these evil racers appear from out the back of trucks which teleport in from portals.

I vaguely remember one episode in which the good racers drove into the back of one of these trucks to get transported back to the base of the evil racers.

Sorry I don't have too many useful details on it :/
