Cannot get any support on Kraken.com

Initially when signing up on Kraken support was swift and helpfull. All responses within 24 hours. Oddly enough as soon as I sent in a wire, support no long replied to my tickets and funds have not been added to my account.

I sent in a wire over a week ago. My bank says it has cleared and yet no sign of the funds and no response from support. I get it, you guys are busy, but its really not cool to leave customers in the dark. Especially when they are worried about the status of their funds.

IF support was this hard to contact from day 1 i never would have pursued kraken as my go to BTC site....

Please let me know if I can expect extended delays such as this in the future. It will really influence wether or not I will stick around on your site.
